My Back hurts,muscles aches all over..i cant slp well cant eat well cant walk well.sounds like poem huh.Security was great,learned new skills that i can imply in my daily life such as discipline,firm,observant and alert.although we report at 3pm but we gotta stay all the way to ard 9+.after that for me i have to attend training!And that is when i got INJURED!.SAd huh.I catch a guy who is ard 80+-90+ kg.Anyone wanna give it a shot??LoL.Its fun thou but its serious business man.Its man's job.1,2,3 fall.i grab him by the arm.and i bend all the way & "PIAK" there goes my back.And they keep on FALLING! ARGH!! Although im injured yet delightful because its a new skill & experience for me.Thats all man.Ciaoz~
